This session which is developed by the Women in Thoracic Surgery will help all members of the healthcare team to understand and mitigate gender disparities that occur in the workplace. The session will focus on gender disparities in the clinical and professional settings that impact the Cardiothoracic Surgery workforce. By viewing this session, attendees will gain an understanding of these disparities as well as tangible strategies to mitigate them for the future of the cardiothoracic workforce.
