Deep Dive into Navigating Initial Nights on Call as a Resident

This session will provide cardiothoracic residents of varying training pathways, with the evidence based knowledge necessary to identify, differentiate, and treat cardiogenic shock and tamponade, understand pacemaker modes and their appropriate utilization, and develop the skills necessary to communicate patient information to  attendings to improve their cardiothoracic patient perioperative care competence and navigate the ICU nights on call.
