This immersive video session will explore twin root replacement procedure (aortic root replacement with right ventricle-to-pulmonary artery conduit) which is an increasingly common problem in congenital heart disease that includes the conotruncal anomalies and prior Ross procedure. Challenges range from hazardous sternal reentry in the setting of multiple prior operations.
