2023 STS Workshop on Robotic Thoracic Surgery

April 20, 2023 to April 21, 2023

Featuring didactic lectures, case demonstrations, and hands-on sessions at a state-of-the-art training facility, this interactive course will help provide the knowledge and expertise needed to perform bronchoscopy and lung segmentectomy with the aid of a robot. Educational sessions will take place at both the Hilton Atlanta Northeast and at Intuitive Surgical Inc. in Norcross, GA.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in performing both simple and complex segmentectomies.
  • Identify currently available localization techniques.
  • Demonstrate robotic bronchoscopy techniques.
  • Recognize future developments in the field of thoracic robotic surgery.
